The Signal Vine user app is a tool Signal Vine’s education customers can use to interact with students and parents via text messaging. This app allows Users to send/receive text messages with students and parents from within their Signal Vine account while safeguarding data privacy in a FERPA compliant environment. Users are required to have an account with Signal Vine.

I am no longer able to access the app. It shuts down when I click on it.

Whenever I click on the app it shows the signal vine screen and then shuts off and closes out of the app.

It's actually working well, easy to use, like customized coloring for different programs' messages. Please keep update on new features!??

Bad notifications bug

Downloaded the app to stay on top of texts messages sent by my students. Unfortunately, the app won’t push notifications. Notifications will take a while to appear, which defeats the purpose of the app. The app also has a bug which makes my phone sound and vibrate every 3-5 minutes as if a notification had come in, but nothing shows up. I had to turn off all notifications on my phone to track down which app was causing this and it was this one. Please fix this bug ASAP. I have no purpose for the app otherwise.
