This new app version is absolutely horrendous. It’s like a kindergarten version of an app. I have to log into website now for most everything needed. First you move your branch out of area, then you make mobile banking almost impossible. It’s like you don’t want members.
Unreliable when needed it the most. very little banking function like the option to deposit via app also no way to see any pending transactions not yet posted on your account. Switching banks soon. Bye Bye.
I have always lived in the United States and dealt in dollars. After using this app successfully many times it now is showing all of my account balances in EUROS. It will not allow me to take a picture of a check and deposit it because it changes the amount into euros as soon as I start typing.
Well I’m not happy with the latest comments but I’ll give it a go. The Android app never gave me a bit of problem. I’m sure SF has Apple support so I’m curious why the comments aren’t better. I’ll update once I have a chance to use.
The app is no substitute to for the website, but it’s pretty reliable and extremely convenient for the simple stuff.
For a Credit Union app, I was surprised by all I was able to do. Transfers (internally and to my outside bank accounts), deposit checks, view statements, search locations, enable alerts, etc. I’m also able to login via Face ID which is very convenient. This app has been completely reliable for me so far.
Instead of using parentheses to indicate a money withdrawal, the use of the negative sign and/or red lettering would be easier to understand.
I currently can't access the app. It says the network connection was lost, yet I have full wifi coverage. I turned off my wifi to see if it worked, still having issues.
Needs remote depositing. If it does have that feature already. It's not exactly clear on the app on how to use it.
