The mobile app has limited customization features, to get the most customization tools, you must log in your account on a web browser. The app requires internet connection, as all the sign in data is submitted to our secure server. No data is stored on the device. You can create unlimited number of sign in sheets to be used with unlimited number of devices. Please feel free to call us, if you need help setting up the app 1-714-941-0889.

Downloaded thought it would be cool for clients to sign in on iPad instead of sheet of paper...tried to sign up and it kept saying "error ..please try again later"...then re-downloaded still does not work..:( please hurry and fix this issue. Will try again later and maybe give a better review. Thanks

It works fine but if you create your own sheet, fields are limited to certain type of basic input. There is no "notes" or open field to add comments unless you use the pre-created sample sheets and if that is case some questions are not applicable at all and cannot be edited. Great idea but it still needs a lot of refining !!!!! I'll gladly write another review once the editing feature is greatly improved.

The sheets I've created can't be seen when logging in with the organization key. Also when creating new sheets, is it possible to be able to clone another sheet and then simple change the title. Please advise. Great possibilities with this app.

Bugs fixes and improvement could make this a great app. Says email is invalid on a form even though a valid email was entered. Turns out the cause of the problem was first letter capitalization of email. Same issue when logging onto signinsheets.org to view collected data. Shouldn't require online access, wifi usually not available when hosting an open house. Could sync later when wifi available. Allow for landscape view and not restrict to portrait view.

Great app potential. However it stopped working for me and can't log in online anymore. It says user or Email not found. Also if I login through the app, I can't exit the edit admin. mode without deleting the app and reinstalling. No way to get to the sign-in mode. I hope they fix it soon.

No auto-rotate, the company name overlaps with the date, and I also can't get it to upload a logo. Won't be using this for my open house coming up.

This app had a lot of potential. There's only four things I would change 1. ALLOW MORE THAN ONE DEVICE TO USE THE SAME SHEET AT THE SAME TIME 2. Let users sign right on the sign in sheet, do not make them tap the icon before hand. This annoys my clients to no end. 3. Do not make the first name bar a requirement for sign-in devices 4. Allow users to input answers to questions asked by admin. Also, add branching question options Ex: "What color do you like more, red or blue?" If the user selects blue "What shade of blue, cyan or navy?"
