Be 5stars, if I could put on my other children’s iPads Says can’t share it but will not let me purchase it either.
Can not restore purchase or contact app support

My child loved the free version so I opened everything on my phone and the deleted it and tried to download it to our iPad, can not restore, or purchase or contact support. My child was disappointed because he couldn’t play it.
Won’t allow you to unlock games

When the for parents only thing pops up you have to click the correct answer to the addition problem. But it won’t let you do it. It just keeps popping back up to answer another question.

Purchased the full version of the app. Still won’t let me play the full version. Keeps asking my to answer math problems over and over. Very frustrating

My wife and I have a shared account. We downloaded this and like it so she purchased the full app through the in store purchases for $2.99, but that doesn’t allow for me to use it on my phone. Had she purchased the full app from the App Store for $2.99 we could both use it. Now I either have to purchase it again or not use the functionality we paid for.

I purchased the program to unlock all levels,yet it's still locked. What needs to be done. My grandkids love this app. I'll call my credit card company to cancel since it's still locked. Thanks A grandparent.
