Got the free app, no sound. Paid for the other levels thinking sound would happen. Nothing. NO NARRATION Sure wish I could get my $$ back!

My 5 year old loved the lite version of the app so we purchased the full app. We then had an issue of the sound not working. I contacted the creator of the app through email and they troubleshot the issue with me. Through several emails we were able to get the sound working again. Thank you for all the help! My son loves practicing his sight words with it.
