Bugged and glitched out - then reset!

I saw this app and was delighted with the idea, as my daughter already has another app just like it but it is not customizeable. I put in 3 words before she woke up from her nap and took her iPad from me. She saw it and played with it over and over and thought it was so cool. 5 minutes later she brought it to me and it was acting all weird... the pictures I'd added of myself, my husband and our son stopped showing up... so just on a white screen with the word blocks showing up. The sound wouldn't work on those pages at all and YES the volume was UP. I checked the customization screen and the pictures and recordings were still there, just wouldn't work in play mode. I told her sorry and told her to play another game. A few minutes later I saw her playing with the sightwords levels I'd deleted on there so she must have reset it. So now I'm like.... WHY is it so easy to reset? WHY is there not an edit lock on it? Or is it possible that it just reset itself? I'm not going to pour my heart and soul into an app that my 2 year old can just tear apart in 2 seconds... and besides that, doesn't even work half the time. I had so many hopes for this app. I can't express how disappointed I am.

The great part about this app is that you can make and customize your own list including upload pictures of each word from your very own word wall in your classroom and record your voice for the words.

My twin boys started reading at 23 months! This app is the best sight words app, it keeps them engaged. They learn something new everyday!
Can't turn off push notification

I love that I can customize the lists! I use other grasshopper apps. They are all great teaching tools. I am board certified literacy teacher.

I have reviewed dozens of applications to target specific difficult words and customize it for my son's needs, nothing comes even close to this teaching aid. Take pictures of the reading pages and customize the words and sounds. Excellent !!!
