Latest update causes constant crash

Like the review title says. Cool game, cool titans, warriors & spells but this new update made the game experience garbage. Opening a chest crashes the games. Nice.

I’ve really enjoyed playing this game but recently I’ve noticed a person in my clan that is able to make multiple “donation requests” one after the other. This is unfair to the other members and other players. I’ve watched his/her score go from the 1,100 range to over 1,800 in three days. Not a chance that is possible without spending serious money or cheating, I’m going with cheating considering he puts donation request in one after the other all day long. I’ve taken screenshot of it for proof. I really hope the developers get this under control because it’s not fair for a player like me that actually spends money on the game. Beware if you’re planing to spend money on this game.
So much missed opportunity

I have loved this game for a year or so now but I have to tell you that lately you have sucked the fun out by pairing me with people that are 3-5 levels above me in the event battles. If you can’t pair me with someone I even have a chance against then just don’t pair me at all. I’m sick of spending gems to enter only to have zero chance of winning because of the crap matchmaking algorithm.

Game is fun and challenging but with any issues they do not resolve them. I have had a ticket out for an item since December, and I am a paying customer and have had no compensation. If you can tolerate the horrible customer support and glitchy program you can be fun. But becomes very frustrating at times.
Not working updates

Today 3/1/18 games says update to new version and when I go to App Store there is NO updates for me Still says need to update and no updates can e done Update 3/2/18 still no update for me Today 4/18/18 new update and still can’t update the game

I'm a big fan of classic RTS games. Age of Empires 1,2&3, Command and conquer games were my favorite well thought out RTS games. I've never been into the clash royals type games on mobiles, it just feels like a striped down game to me. But this Siege Titan Wars game is the real deal. I like the short 5 minute games, and the cards are co and gameplay is unique. I do worry about balance issues as the game gets more and more cards added, but they seem to be doing a good job so far. Im hoping they will add more maps in the future and maybe have the rotate randomly. It would be cool to play on an icy map, or a mountain map or something. Maybe even change the shape of the map for a different type of gameplay. I look forward to the future with this game, I've already been playing it for half year, and it's only gotten more fun. Thanks.
