Manabeme

Fix the update! It keeps saying I need the update over and over and I've downloaded it already.

Gets boring quickly.

For people who like lists: + Very simple gameplay + Great artwork + Well put together, rarely has technical problems + Can do well without spending money - Very simple gameplay (see below) - Repetitive and dull battles - Uninteresting events - Story progression is very slow I've been playing the game off and on for a long time (almost since the game came out). It's simple gameplay, great graphics, and art kept me interested enough to always come back to this game when there is little to do; however, I will say that the simple gameplay is both a strength and weakness of the game. It's easy to learn and enjoyable for a little bit, but I can only play for small amounts of time before getting bored with the game and quitting for another few months. The main issue is the battles are automated (you just sit there and watch the screen when fighting with no interaction); in a game where you do a lot of fighting, you would think it would be a little more engaging and interactive. Moreover, there are rarely interesting events, most of them revolve around spending money, and you progress in the story of the game by sending a character out on an expedition, which takes different lengths of time to complete; while the character is out, you just have to wait until they come back (this can take a few hours). And after you do this 5 or so times, then you get a boss fight which is another repetitive and dull battle where you just watch them fight, and then you get a cutscene after which furthers the story. Since I'm on the story, I should say the story is so so. It's not bad, but it's not great. It's about on par with other games of this genre. It does the job of keeping you interested for the 30 seconds of the cutscene, but then it's back to waiting for a few hours for the next 30. That's about it for gameplay. In conclusion, it's fun for short periods of time, and if you like the anime art style and want a simple to learn and play game that doesn't require a lot of thinking, then by all means at least try the game, but if you really want to spend the time to learn a new strategy game with fun, strategic, and interactive battles, then skip this one (I would recommend Grand Sphere or Ishtaria in this case).

I love this game but...

Luna Nova Kurama

This game is brilliant but I would like to see a "see level max sidians" button and/or a "hide level max sidians" button when organizing your teams, that would make it a lot easier to find the sidians you want to put on a team. I have a lot of level max sidians and its kinda hard to find the highest non level max ones to put them on a team because their mixed in with the level max ones. And I would also like to see longer nicknames too.

New update

ultramaniac6

Honestly I hate the new update. When I play the lesson it doesn't show the person. Also when my sidian gets makeup it doesn't show. I think before the update it was so much easier to play and more fun.

short 1 year anniversary review ♡

So, I've been playing Sid Story for one year now! I still love this game, it's the only iOS game that I have been "dedicated" too and stayed interested in. The devs are great at updating, improving, and adding content. I love the milage events and holiday summons etc. The great thing about Sid Story is that you can be a completely free player and have the same advantages as a paying player! Personally, I've spent maybe $20 in game but it definitely wasn't necessary. As long as you are active you will have fun and succeed! I do take breaks every once and a while when school/work are taking a lot of my time but I will always come back to Sid Story! My favorite iOS game and I can't wait until valentines day summons!

Very Good Game!

Every so often, you come across a game that you just think... wow. Sid Story can entirely be free to play if you so wish. The event enemies, Exceptionals, change every two weeks and have beautiful artwork. Most high-level players accept new player requests, so defeating them is no problem, as they get sent automatically to friends. If you are able to join a good Circle, which are the alliances/guilds in the game, you can get a ton of free Gems per week. Along with that, every 15-30minutes, you can watch an ad to obtain 10-15 crystals, along with completing "explorations" (which are things that require waiting a certain amount of time to finish) you can get Magic Papers for the Forest, Gems, Jokers to fusion max 4*s, among other prizes. Its a very fun game for even free to play, and I'd recommend it to anyone !
