Close but no cigar

I give it to this company they are constantly trying to improve the user experience. But this latest app version falls seriously short it now takes me longer to get photos into my lightbox. Easily three or four times longer to get photos in my lightbox. Bring back the light box tab where you can drag photos in instantly

If the app wasn't so nice and easy to use,I would have given it 1 star.To be able to download and save images and vectors you have to have a PAID subscription! All you can do is make light boxes for free!Woohoo...What's the point in even having an account if you can't even use any of the images anyways? And who knows if you even get a subscription if,when you download the image,if the watermark will be removed. Thanks Shutterstock for getting my hopes up and wasting my time.

So far so good!

Honestly I can't find anything negative to say about the app. If you're familiar with ShutterStock then you know you have to have a paid subscription to download the images. I love that I can download images directly from the app onto my iPhone or iPad..it makes running my online business so much easier now that I don't have to be tethered to a laptop! Love it!!

Pointless app

You can't download any images unless you have a PAID subscription. The pictures are decent at best.

I use this app often. With its light boxes, I can save ideas for future use. One click and the needed image is on my desktop.

Unusable. Then a Little Usable. Then Quickly Unusable Again.

The Shutterstock app works off and on. Unfortunately, more off than on. (It's not my connection.) Each image takes 5-8 minutes to download (if at all) instead of, y'know, like immediately. You'd think for such an important tool for their business, they would invest a little effort into keeping it working. When my subscription is up this month, I will try the Dreamstime app. If it works, so long Shutterstock.

Horrible

No option to upgrade in app, won't let me save until I do. How does this make sense

Good photo's cost money, I understand that. But the title says it all. Can't have A unless you first do B. But we won't give you the option to complete B so your screwed. I tried logging onto their website to figure this out and the login info I use to log into the app doesn't work on the website. Frustration level? App deletion.
