My phone is up to date ish and everything is running smoothly. When I open this app, absolutely nothing happens. Just a load screen that never loads while the rest of my apps are working perfectly fine and in conjunction with one another.
App won’t do anything but idle when it opens

Possible but fix? This point opens to the main green screen, but the white bars on the bottom just run and run. Nothing connects.

I installed the app. It won't open. It stays on the loading screen but the app never loads. I tried restarting my iPhone. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, restarted my iPhone. It still doesn't load. I can't use the app. I've had it on my phone for a week and it still isn't fix. Smh.
