Burdened by responsibility and trapped by routine, this ogre has lost his roar. In order to recapture his past as a real ogre, Shrek is tricked into striking a bargain with Rumpelstiltskin, trading a day from his life as part of the deal. But the fine print of the contract lands him in an alternate universe where he’s feared, all right, but he’s also never rescued Fiona or met Donkey, Puss in Boots, Gingy and all his fairytale friends. Now, to get back to reality and his family, Shrek has to find Fiona and defeat the devious Rumpelstiltskin before the deal expires.

I thought I was buying an interactive story, but the interactivity is limited to just a few voices here and there. What a rip-off! At $3 this app is way too expensive because it has almost no value. Finding the puppet gets boring. Don't waste your time and money (like I did) and rent the actual movie instead.

The book is amazing and I shuld know sance I am the bigest Shrek fan ever. The only thing I would add is the part where Shrek crys but other than that it was amazing!
Please fix the auto page turn !

This is a wonderful app and my daughter picks it every time we turn on our iPad, but I would love for the auto page turn to work. We set it under info and it never stays. I did find a work around, when it starts reading, I pause it and then hit info and change it to auto page turn. Please fix that issue and it would be a perfect app, the little babies to hit are a wonderful interactive touch for our special needs daughter, she just can't turn the pages on her own. Thank you !!!

Very nice story book. My children love it BUT, developers would you please fix the text at the bottom of each page. As the words are read by the narrator the highlighted text is not aligned properly causing the text to appear blurry as the words are highlighted. My son likes to spell as he reads. Can you please fix app? Thank you. Would be a five star rating if that was fixed.
