The animations were a surprise, and are great. High quality app for sure.

My 2nd gen iPod touch has no sounds. Nice animations. Shouldn't there be some audio to this app?

This app is great to improve hand-eye coordination in children and I use it as a guessing game. My son and I take turns hitting a spot on the screen, and we have to guess what story it represents. When he guesses right (I always let him win), I tell him that story before going to bed.

This app is fun with lots of color and sound effects. It's great for children. When you select a story category, your screen becomes a solid color that has a hidden story behind it. As you touch the screen, it begins to erase the color to uncover the story. It's a great option for children, as there are cheers and happy sound effects when a screen is completely uncovered. Some stories are even animated once uncovered! Fun!

ShowMe Stories allows you to select 'stories' from different categories. Once you select a category, the app fills your screen in with a solid color, and then you touch the screen to 'erase' the color bit by bit to discover the story being told. It's a neat way to pass the time or entertain your children, and it's easy to learn and use. :)

This is the perfect app to keep your young child occupied. He/she has the choice to choose a story from 4 different categories. After choosing, the child erases the screen to reveal what comes next in the story. This app can be used to reinforce hand-eye coordination, foster imagination, and teach prediction. Fun for everyone!

New way to "unhide" stories, jobs and animals for young kids. My 4y old boy love it.

My 3.5 year old girl and 4.5 year old boy love this app. I got it because I thought it would be something that we did together - they chose a picture, and I told a story. But they like playing it together on their own, and they sometimes even tell each other stories. I am trying to get them to tell more stories, and they are slowly getting better. I look forward to an update with more creative and abstract images for them to use as stories - someone cooking, a family riding bikes or horses, and elephant on a beach, a space ship landing in the woods, etc... the version I have does not have iAds, so I am not sure if this will change next time I sync my phone - I hope not.
