How this app caused embarrassIt

PLEASE READ if you don”t want this to happen.I doubt this will be posted, but it will on all Social Media. I came into some money I want to invest, I always review research, extensively before doing anything important online, I don't know why I didn't with this app. It’s a lot of money for me, after not finding anything but excellent reviews on this huge company. They do not have any type of employee search being so big and offices across the country. I decided to check phone numbers I put this app on without doing my normal search. I put the number several times and his name kept coming up in big RED letters SPAM with 19 reports of complaints and never listed the name of the company. I sent him a copy and a message not nice and embarrassing to me now. It really bothered me so this morning I put 3 more apps on and paid $40 for one to check if he was listed for scams of any kind, not one of them listed anything negative and unlike this app, the number said the company's name. I then was able to contact the company who told me what I found on the new apps was true. If I stopped here I would have lost a very good investment and a lot of money. It doesn't cost a dime to read all reviews and look around at other apps.

This app doesn’t provide any specifics. Other apps that are average at best, give you much more details. It only gives you the state, which is based on the area code. i.e. 319 it’ll say California - 305 Florida - 646 New York, etc.. Rename the app “ShowState” because it only shows state and not the actual caller. The classic bait n’ switch. Makes you believe you’re going to see the caller, but instead you only view the state. Also, SPAM & Scam callers along with telemarketers are still frequently coming in. It’s a BS app! Why would anyone want to have a less than basic app that does didly squat ??♂️

Update this app please. It crashes when I search for a number that it let get through.

I was excited to try this CallerID, hoping it would provide some info on unknown numbers, but it doesn’t. It just shows a “+” anytime I look up a number. I need a decent App for this purpose! Sorry, on to the next one.

I think this is a great app. The one thing I’d like to see is the number of the last caller show up in the add screen so I wouldn’t have to write it down then type it in

this has to be one of the worst apps for one you cant put in multiple countries to use as call look ups and second it doesnt give you the right info on any number be it in the u.s. or out of country i can get the same info by looking up on google
