Great add on to the current ShotSpotter system. Only thing I would change is the color scheme. The program seems like its in night mode. I would change it. Beside that the app is good.

Minor improvements could be made i.e color schemes, sound improvement for the alert notifications, touch ID. But for the first version this is an accepted effort. Also sometimes alerts are not received.

How do I login? There is no way to set up an account!

This app doesn't help average folks. You need law enforcement credentials to use it, so it's useless for most folks.
