I've been using Stoppani plans since before there was an app. Liked the app even though it doesn't and never has tracked your progress, you'd have to write down or remember the weights used. Now I'm going to have to pay for it? I don't think so. Good thing I have most of the routines memorized. Delete.

This program great for your workout routine and exercises along with nutritional information. I used this app when it was free and purchased it when they started to charge, because there is no other app like it. This app is worth it as long as you follow through with your personal goals.

It does cost money but worth it to me. If you put the work in you’ll get results. Eat right, do cardio on the rest days and you’ll see results too.

Wow guys, getting that desperate that you’re charging to use a fitness app. Definitely not worth it....way to try and rape the consumer while they’re in the middle of their workouts though #pathetic

I purchased Jim’s books before finding/getting the app. I think the book was like $20 on Amazon. The book is far more valuable than paying a ridiculous amount of money for the subscription. I’ll just go back to pen and paper.
Find it for free elsewhere and shop elsewhere

Used the app for free for a long time and got several friends to hop on the program. Tried to use it one day several months ago and to my surprise they started charging 8.99/month without saying anything. Seriously the most retarded decision they could have made if they wanted to keep customers. No grace period or anything. You can find it for free online somewhere else. Might as well not pay for it and don’t give bodybuilding.com the money they randomly decided they needed. I now purchase all my supplements elsewhere because of this. They don’t deserve your hard earned money.
