This app is worse than Nicki Minaj’s music! If I want to search for an item in the store, I open the app, choose my store and the tap the Search field, I want to be able to type what I’m looking for. When the entire app goes grey and you have nowhere to enter the item you’re looking for, your app has a problem. Deleted and redownloaded the app and performed the same steps and received the same result. You’re better off trying to find someone in the store to help you - good luck with that.
You cannot checkout unless you agree to let them substitute. I shop here because I need specific items for my family - due to allergies and sensitivities - that I can’t get elsewhere. I absolutely cannot have some stranger substitute whatever they feel is equivalent to them. I very likely won’t be able to use the item they select. Ugh. So so so very frustrating and absolutely ridiculous. I do not have this issue with other stores and their pickup policies.
Your last update has now taken away my ability to perform a search from the main screen. Upon selecting the text field the whole screen becomes gray and disables your ability to do anything.
App seems to have stopped working at some point. Can’t search for items anymore, it just grays out the screen when you click the search bar and I’d you do it enough a red bar appears at the top of the screen that says TESTING. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Cannot access the app unless you sign up. I just wanted to check on some items. Will still check on them, just not at Woodmans.
You can place an order for pickup, but once you have placed the order you cannot add items. You have to go to a web browser and log into shopwoodmans.com. There you can go into the order and add items. Why in the world can’t I do that within the app?
The app was always a bit lax and its functionality. Searching didn’t have any predictive functions you had to know exactly how to spell the name of the product. It also lacked sensible filters given the large selection at Woodmans. For example if you’re looking for milk you have to scroll through every type of milk you can’t just say gallon whole milk.
This is not an intuitive app. I wanted to delete an item in the cart but I could not find a way. Other problems as well, finally deleted the app.
