Horrible!

Nonniant

Give me the old app back! Can’t find shopping list, impossible to get around! I would give it zero stars!

Go Back!!

The new app is so un-user friendly! I had no problems with the old app. I can’t always access the coupons-adding them takes forever! Why can’t they all be automatically added to our cards as a benefit of having the membership? Why do I have to take the time to add them (especially when it takes forever). Since this is not what you seem to do (as Acme is doing), at least can you add a filter where you can see the ones that aren’t loaded yet? This would help as I wouldn’t have to go through 100+ coupons in order to find the new ones. Due to how difficult this app is, I have been going online on my computer instead which is not as accessible as the app. Painful!

Disappointing

I find the app to be very slow and not really user friendly as compared to other shopping apps. People are using this in the store/aisle. It needs to be quicker and less errors. What would be GREAT is in the digitial coupon section to allow the shopper to search for a product by name/brand or scan the item and it can tell you if there is a coupon for that item or a similar item (similar to cartwheel). Instead we are stuck searching by category and scrolling. Another suggestion is once you select a coupon and add it- DO NOT BRING US BACK TO THE BEGINNING OF THE COUPONS AGAIN!! I scroll for a minute- add my coupon and then am back at the beginning. Frustrating is an understatement!

Not sure if I got my digital coupons

I have gone to shop rite for over 30 years- even worked in Berlin in the late 80’s. Now I’m retired and trying to save a few dollars and when I present my coupons I’m made to feel like I’m trying to steal I am not sure if I got my digital coupons off! What’s up?

I usually love shop rite.

Recently I ordered a cake for my sons birthday and it was done incorrectly. I called the main number and spoke to customer service was told a supervisor would call me after they reviewed it and I would be compensated in some way. I have yet to even hear from them. His birthday was September 17. I called them back a week or so later and I got an apology. So my son gets upset at his birthday party because he was looking forward to those colors and I get an im sorry. It just doesn’t seem right. I spend about 4-500$ a month at shoprite and this has me so upset I’m probably going to change grocery stores. Shoprite at knorr is extremely small anyway. I paid 38$ for that cake and it was wrong and I get an in sorry. I’m. Flabbergasted. It’s sad. Even my 6/7 yr old knew something wasn’t right.

They need to look at King Soopers App to get a clue

I moved here from Denver and I am shocked at how awful this app is in comparison to what I had back for n Colorado. The ShopRite app doesn’t even work without the internet, which defeats the purpose of having the app.

unreliable

Worst app ever

I don’t know who Wakefern uses to design and code this app, but they clearly do not use it themselves. The new app is just as just as bad. Constant error codes unable for change/update orders after placing it, I loaded my savings card once but now I can’t find any way into my account to make changes. There used to be a way to make notes when ordering an item; for instance, if one orders deli meat or cheese and you prefer it sliced thinly-if the section is there I certainly couldn’t find it. What about paying online? Where is that section?
