IVE ORDERED MULTIPLE THINGS FROM THIS APP AND ITS BEEN ATLEAST 40 DAYS SINCE I ORDERED IT WHEN IT SAID IT WILL COME IN 20 DAYS. WHEN I TRY TO TELL THEM THE ITEM HASNT ARRIVED YET IN THE APP, IT FREEZES! I WANT A REFUND!!!

I ordered a package and it had said 5-7 day shipping, but then it changed my delivery date to weeks later after checkout. Whenever I saw that, I requested a refund (before it shipped) with no reply. So, 3 weeks later I still don’t have my package and I still have no refund either. I have had no reply to my messages. NEVER AGAIN!! I WILL NOT USE THIS APP AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I am highly dissatisfied...wish I didn’t even have to put one star! Update: Y'all don’t order from here! I’ve still yet to receive my package a week after the day it said it would be here and two weeks after it claimed to be delivered already. And I’ve still yet to be issued a refund or anything regarding the issue. The emails I get are not even close to professional and look more like teenager texting slang.

I placed two orders back in November.. I still haven’t received anything that I ordered. I know shipping from another country takes time, but my expected delivery dates were 2 weeks ago. I’ll never order from this site again.

I took a chance and bought a few things from this app and everything I bought was crap and not like the picture... don’t recommend anyone to buy from here..

Hate this app I ordered a pair of shorts from here November 4th,2017 it is now January 17th,2018 and I haven’t received it The shipping date was supposed to be Dec.21st which they kept constantly changing. I told them I haven’t received it and I want a refund but they still have not given me a refund and it says shipped out. I will not be ordering from here anymore. They Really Don’t Deserve No Stars

Worst app ever. Going on almost 3 months and just a week ago I got one of the 4 packages. I order from over seas on other apps and have never had this problem.

I haven't received a package for almost two months and have received packages that were nothing like the photo. They even sent me a rusty hair clip that I never even order. Your vendor are horrible.

They are okay priced UNTIL you checkpoint shipping costs are double what items prices are smh! I immediately deleted. I’d give a big fat 0 if i vould 5.00 order shipping 9.00 get real!

I have ordered multiple items since 2017 December I’m still not yet to receive any thing I haven’t got a refund either I wanna give them the benefit of a doubt but they not helping by not communicating at all I understand weather issues or delay on shipping but December 2017 we are now March 22 2018 no good for business I want to continue to be a valuable customer but if this is my first order and I have to put up with this I rather not please do better as a business ?
