I paid for this app and have been using it for years. Today I opened the app to discover I can no longer access features I’ve been using for years unless I start paying for a subscription. Thanks for the loyalty. I’m going to find a different app.

I have been using this app for years and was excited to try it on my Apple Watch. Apparently you have to be a gold member to use it on your watch. Unfortunately it won’t work. I have emailed and tried calling several times for support with no response. Supposedly, “gold members” get priority assistance. What a disappointment.
Used to love this app

I used this app for years and used to love it! But first I lost the ability to create custom lists. Then I lost the ability to add custom items to the only one list I had. Now they've lost me. Time to move on!
Good features but bad sync

Have used Shopper for years but finally changed to Anylist after unreliable syncing and sharing with other family members, despite changing settings and updating the app.
Used to be the best

I have been using this app for years and it was the best for making grocery lists and staying organized. Since recent updates this app won’t let me do anything without asking me to pay a monthly fee. Save your time unless you plan on paying monthly to use this, you’ll be better off with a pen and paper.

I have used this app for years. I will have to find a new list app as this one will let me add only very basic items unless I become a “Gold” member. I don’t like being held hostage

This app is by far one of my most used apps that I have. Not only do I keep my shopping list but I have many other lists that I keep. Their customer support is very helpful and responsive if you have a question. I have had this app for over 5 years and use it daily. Would find it difficult to live without.
