The Shopify app is amazing but since I cannot add product barcodes to the products I upload, I have to stick to using my laptop instead of being able to use my phone or iPad which is just so frustrating.

Can’t login with google ID

My ID is linked with google domain, but this app does not allow me to login with google ID.. very inconvenient. Please fix.

There’s a little t to like about this app but it’s all overshadowed for me by the fact that it’s near impossible to get it to display up-to-the minute information. Isn’t the whole point of having an app like this on your phone so that you can get a quick snapshot of where things stand at the moment? It exacerbated my frustration that the app appears to have a pull down to refresh function that goes through the motions but then just goes on displaying old data. And then randomly - maybe after you’ve been looking at the screen for 6 minutes- boom, you current information just pops in there unceremoniously. It’s a weird miss for an app that otherwise was clearly very thoughtfully developed.

Excellent app - able to run business on-the-go!

I would have never imagined being able to do mostly all the essential tasks that allow me to run my business from the convenience of my phone. But with this app I can. It’s very easy to quickly make edits to your store, review analytics, and fulfill orders, particularly with Oberlo. If you are also dropshipping products from AliExpress, then I feel more comfortable by fulfilling those orders from my laptop instead. I would highly recommend Shopify to anyone.

Operating this app literally causes me physical pain. It’s so annoying and frustrating. I’ve never seen something more prissy and unpleasant to use. I must have told what to do five times and it still won’t change the way my store looks. I’ve uploaded my photos at least four times and they are still not on my website. I have change the colors of my theme and I’ve added text and it keeps getting deleted for no reason. On top of this they want to charge me money for a monthly payment? No.

App worked better for me before the updates. Now it hardly searches my products, throttles constantly, I get errors. Really not useful for me if I can’t quickly search a product, update quantities in real time without having to close and reopen after every search.
