Gorgeous Conservative
The update indicates it was completed 2/19 but for the last several days (2/23) the rewards function still shows maintenance being done. Bad c/s!

I find this app very confusing. It tries too hard. First, the sweepstakes. Sometimes doesn’t work. This rewards program pretends to be separate from Sears; so en up jumping through sites not so well integrated (Sears and SYWR). Depending on where the purchase is made, rewards are different Finding my account number so I can scan it at a Sears store takes too many clicks; and the passbook (Appel wallet) link does no longer work. When more and more companies are integrating with Apple Wallet; Sears reversed and now the passbook link is unsupported. Then I find out that there are different but equally confusing ways to stumble upon the virtual rewards card screen and each screen (found two so far) provide slightly different information. Rename this Sears Rewards; integrate it properly and clean up the confusion. I’m sure if executed properly it will keep customers much happier.

I like playing sweeps and I don't mind the spin wheel, but the shuffle is rigged so bad that you'll never win more than once. And what's the point of the scratcher if you'll never get anything in there??

used to love the program, until one day i played a sweepstakes and won over 180 bucks in points then they took it away saying it was a glitch. they're full of crap, saying they over rewarded people, i emailed them about it and got no response. they're not fair anymore. they're just a scam. they'll make you feel like you won something and then take it away. don't even bother with the catches.

The new updated version is terrible. No rewards history can be viewed like before. The only available points summary is wrong! Planning to give up syw program because of this poor app!

I wasted over an hour trying to place an order. Kept on getting kicked out of the app and having to log in over and over again. And every time in got in I had to re-enter my items and THE PRICES CHANGED ! There was no clear CHECKOUT button, and got an "oops something has gone wrong - try again later" when trying to check my shopping cart. Next time I will use Amazon even if it means paying a little more for something - my time is more valuable - and I don't need the aggravation of a sub-par online app.

Since the last update it doesn't work anymore. My icon stays greyed out trying to update. I have no issues with any other apps and have plenty of space on my phone. I've tried deleting and reinstalling several times with the same problem.

This app is trash just like all other Sears apps and their website. Sears is a dinosaur in a digital age that chooses a course to extinction rather than adaptation.
