Make sure the Bluetooth device is in iOS mode before connecting Bluetooth.
Note: Please make sure iOS system version is between 11.0 and 13.3.1. As the iOS 13.4 version does not support Bluetooth touch screen, please do not upgrade the iOS 13.4 system, and turn off the automatic update.
Bluetooth connection method:
Keyboard & Mouse converter: Generally, first you should cancel paired the Bluetooth, then disconnect the power, then connect the power, and then press the left Ctrl + 2 (the 2 on the W button) to switch to the iOS mode, then connect to Bluetooth, and then open the App.
Gamepad: For Most of Gamepads, first you should cancel paired the Bluetooth. Then turn off the Gamepad, then long press and hold the Y + Home button to turn on the Gamepad to switch to iOS mode, connect to Bluetooth, and then open the App. (Specific Gamepad may have other switching methods)

What is the deal with iso Bluetooth. My friend has a mouse n keyboard on is new iPad. When will you guys fix this issue I love it on android but I want to use on iPad. Do you know of any converters who will work with iso 15.2 I need help

thanks for your application it works but it had some problems if you put the bottoms on the down left section it works but the joystick and the fire bottom have some problem I will be thankful if you fix it I'm a Call of Duty mobile pri gamer and I have a specific controller that i cant connect it to my iphone unless i use this app.please fix it

This is not working for new iOS. The only fix the app says is to complain to apple about the issue via their feedback assistant. The apple feedback assistant has changed the way it works at least for me and I could not even access the proper area to complain. I don’t think it’s my job to complain to apple about an app that doesn’t work. I am not the developer and sadly like other apps that don’t work I simply just won’t use this.

So I have been looking for a controller only for my phone for a while now I have the iOS so sometimes it is hard I thought the controller would just connect through Bluetooth and be done but they had to use an app to connect when I downloaded the app it always said the device was disconnected no matter how many times I charged, turned off Bluetooth, forgot the device and repaired, and uninstalled and reinstalled it never worked I spent around 30$ on a controller the doesn’t work as I see it they are using a controller to advertise their app
