⚠️I do NOT recommend using this app! ⚠️ I was lucky to get most of my money out because I threatened to do a bank chargeback. Horribly rude customer service. Money goes in, but good luck getting it out. No phone support. Read the other reviews- and believe them. I would never trust money here again. I lost only $10, but could have been much worse. Lesson learned. Never again. The VISA card is non-existent. You won’t get one if you are in the USA.
I’d give it a 0 if I could!

I’ve been trying to withdraw funds for a while now. First I tried to withdraw it to an exchange so I could sell my CRPT, nope that doesn’t work. Then I tried to withdraw it to my debit card, nope, that didn’t work either( I think because I’m in the US). Then I converted it to ETH, that took a few tries but I finally made that happen. Then I tried to withdraw it. The transaction has failed THREE times to 2 different wallets. And all they can say is that they’re working on it. These guys are either incompetent or scammers. I do not understand the positive reviews. And just so you’ll know I’ve been in crypto for over 3 years, not a noob. If you value your money stay away from this project and this wallet.

They closed my account without asking or providing the reason for closing it When you contact support they reply with one specific message every time I uploaded my international passport and they reject it No respect for clients no support And they don’t support they just take actions

I’m a first time crypto trader and have learned a lot today. Of course I wanted to buy XRP since it is blocked everywhere else, so I looked into Crypterium without reading reviews, that is my fault. The app itself is very simple and both special, but you are not able to withdraw because the US is on a restricted list for some reason. I was freaking out because I didn’t want to lose money, however surprisingly the customer service was pretty helpful and showed me how to transfer from the Crypterium wallet to another wallet. It does appear as a scam, but after successfully receiving the payment from my other wallet I am confident that Crypterium probably just needs a large rework and to not seem so shady. If you aren’t buying XRP while it’s suspended it’s probably not worth it, but I’m very grateful I got my money back.

Signed up but it turns out my verification got rejected ok watever ill use my other exchange, as im looking to close my account there seems to be no link or way to do it without having to send an email i guess? Bank card info is there and my ID info . You shouldn’t have to email a support team to close an account atleast if it’s necessary I shouldn’t have to wait 72 hours for a response to close an account

I have a few crypto wallets and apps that I use. This one charged me $38 to send $16 worth of Etherium to another wallet because they charge so much per transfer that it won’t let you send your money from one wallet to another or pay for anything without the insanely large charge which they claim is the crypto currency itself charging the fee. NOT the company. Or so that’s what I was told when I spoke to support which was useless and short and rude when speaking to me. I am stunned that such a highly rated app on Apples store is allowed to shaft people out of money. The other thing is, if you are trying to spend only a few $ on something. You can’t, unless you pay the big fee on top of it. Which for me was more than double what I wanted to spend. Crypterium are THIEVES

I have had a pending status on a withdrawal now for four full days and the help department refuses to answer as to how or why and At This point I’d like my euro back and a full refund for the troubles. It is most regrettable and moving forward I will not use the service. I would recommend NOT using this wallet ever.
