The app is user friendly. Being a newbie I had a lot of anxiety on my first 5 orders. Since I have completed my 10th order, I’m looking forward to the bundle orders. ? but I can assure the newbies, the app is your best friend. Most of the time, the app will sort the items by aisle. You have the opportunity to review ALL the details before you fully commit to an order. (Location of the store. The customers address. The items to be shopped. The pay rate.) Lastly, they ask you “are you sure you want to claim an order before it’s officially yours. (Just in case you are clumsy with your phone at times) Thumbs up to the app! Thank you for being user friendly!

They pay is extremely to low for some of the things we have to shop for. Especially for the bundle orders delivering and shopping for two people for only 13 dollars is not enough.

I’ve had problems with the credit card which is frustrating, and overall I feel as if the interface for the app and the way it works in general could use some more development and refinement.

They need a new app/web developer. As as a shopper who has done plenty of delivery apps with in the past 5 years, this is by far the most confusing and extremely hard to navigate to the next task. Once an order is completed you can not see what store you delivered to only the order number. The rating system is terrible. If you get 2 5stars ratings your average rating only goes up .05%, but get one 3star rating then it goes down .20 %. It’s not worth the headache. Just like ride share, we should be allowed to rate customers as they can often make shopping very difficult by changing items multiple times when you’re already in line to check out and being rude when you report items are out of stock. All in all if you just want to make some quick homey its not too bad, I would advise taking smaller orders 15 or less. Anything more trust me the customers will give you a hard time.
Disconnected for no reason

Shipt is a great way to get quick and solid money, but they are ridiculous when it comes to suddenly getting “fired” because you’re not upholding the visage of being a high profiled shopper and not explaining the reason. I was in the middle of doing an order and I was suddenly disconnected. I called support and what did they say? “Check your email and I’m sorry but I have to wrap up this call.” And proceeds to hang up without explaining anything.
