I LOVE Naruto and when I saw the game I got really excited but I don't understand what the hell is happening

Go to settings -> privacy -> and use the switch for ad tracking (must be disabled)

Spent over $15 on this game, as that is pretty much a requirement to make the app worthwhile. Now, after less than 2 weeks of playing, it won't even let me log into my account anymore no matter how many times i try. Disgraceful as an app and a waste of my time and money.

I currently can't get it to load past 10% and I was day 19 of 30 continuous load in. I NEED HELP I know I have 18 hours to get it to work but any advice? I don't want to mess this up!

When I try to load the app it won't go past the 10% part at the main screen.
Update took set the game back several days

It set the game back. It took several chatachters and even some of the equipment as well.
My kazekage puppet

I've been loving this game, but right after I updated it I logged in and it seems like I've lost the last 3 or four days of playtime. I lost a few things, I don't care about some of it but the thing I am most worried about is I got a 3rd kazekage puppet from a point draw. I leveled it up and was really excited about it. Once I logged in I lost numerous things including the puppet, a ton of loot sharingan and naruto's wills, and I went down over 20 rankings in arena. I don't understand why, but I would really appreciate it if this could be fixed, or I could at least get my 3rd kazekage puppet back.
