Poor UX as my experience. What a user cannot access, please hide it. Don't let the user a chance to see many disabled items and say "You don't have privilege to view this or that". Too confusing & annoying with those alerts. The first time I used it, I could not view details of my visa card. A SOL icon kept spinning all the time. Tried to reinstall the app, this is still a problem up to now.

Đang thích sản phẩm của shinhan, có điều phải đi đăng ký tài khoản online tại chi nhánh thấy đã tệ, có tài khoản vào web thì UX cực tệ hại, cố gắng tải app về thì còn tệ hơn, app kiểu như 1 đứa sinh viên làm vậy! Nói không quá chứ phần lớn ý tưởng chắc chắn từ HQ, bó tay cái app!
