One of the All-Time Great Puzzle Games

The Galactican

Shibuya Grandmaster is in a rare class of perfect puzzlers; right up there with other classics such as Lumines, Dr. Mario, Tetris Attack, Bejeweled, Tertrisphere, Super Puzzle Fighter, and of course the original Tetris. The game is easy to learn and have fun with right out of the gate, yet it scales to an insane level of difficulty—one that will make you feel like a transcendental puzzle god by the end. A round takes just two minutes at a pop. Ascending to Grand Master will take weeks, if not months or even years. If you are a fan of any of the games I mentioned above, this is no brainer. Spend without fear! In a world of free to play, this title is worth the up front cost many times over.

Nope!

Tried it more than once - didn't find the fun or challenge in it. Plus the music was bad.

Boring and not challenging.

It's pretty good

Just a regular guy.

The game plays fluidly and the soundtrack's spectacular, overall it's a great game. I think a lot of games nowadays can learn on the whole, "no ads and the only in-app purchase cannot possibly raise your score in any way and is purely aesthetic," concept (*cough* Ketchapp). I like how the game makes you feel like if you fail, it's your fault, and not the game's. I know that may not sound like the best thing ever, but to me, it's really frustrating when you lose because of a glitch in the game or an ad popping up at the most inopportune moment. Well done, Grandmaster.

Great original puzzler

I've gotten through the first few ranks and am beginning to see how deep this little puzzle game is. It's awesome in short bursts throughout my day, and helps keep my mind active during brief moments of downtime.
