I loved this game, but unfortunately it won’t load anymore. It will close immediately if you choose either 4 x4 or 5x5. Though I always play 6x6, it will now crash when you want to move to another puzzle.
Have been playing this since ~1996, I never get tired of it! Can set options for youngsters to use. Make it as hard as you like. Other puzzles by Evertt Kaser also very good, but some so tough I never got the hang of solving!
Takes some thinking to solve the puzzles. I’ve ended up spending more time on this than just about any other mobile game. So very much worth the money - and I haven’t even started doing 6x6 puzzles yet! Please bring more of your wonderful puzzle games with old pc shareware gfx to Android/iOS, they are all truly a delight
Sherlock is one of the all time great logic games and this is probably the best incarnation yet. There's an issue with the interface which keeps this app from being absolutely perfect. Choices are entered with either a touch (to remove an option) or a hold (to confirm an option,) but the game frequently mistakes a touch for a hold. Not only is this distracting, it also adds time and counts as a mistake in the game statistics. Otherwise, Sherlock Ultra amazing.
I've played this game from when it ran on MS-DOS. It's great to play it on my iPad wherever I may be. The touch interface suits the game well.
Delighted to be able to buy this app for my iPad! Have loved Sherlock for years on my laptop, and so glad to have it as an app! Please offer more of your games as soon as you can, Everett.
Play this for years on my computer. So very tickled to see this on iOS ! Worth every penny great game to keep your mind sharp and challenge. Taught my young daughter too on this for deductive reasoning. Now she is a great problem solver as a grown up. Please produce Moriarty too on iOS ! Love this!
To find one of my favorite logic games for the PC now available on iOS! Superb game. A bit like "logic grid" games but faster and more fun.
I've been playing this since the late '90s on my old PC and have been delighted to find ports to iPhone and Droid. Still enjoying it, and it makes a great phone app. Also recommend Honeycomb Hotel by the same developer.
An old friend turned me onto this puzzle game years ago. I tried the iPhone version when I saw it available, but this isn’t a game well suited for such a small screen. And now that I see it’s available for iPad, well I just couldn’t pass on it!
