App does not connect at at all. Says it will load once connected to the Internet, even though my other apps do work with the Internet

I have had Shazam on my phone for many years. It was probably one of the first apps I ever downloaded. However, for about the past year - it hasn't worked at all, until today. But, after it worked and identified all the saved song samples I had stored, it lost all my old saved Shazams. When it didn't work it kept telling me it would identify those songs the next time it connected. I saw the same message today until I tried to '"listen" 3x to a song that was playing on my TV and then it worked. Like the title says, it used to just work. These newer versions are junk.

Honestly...half the time I shazam a song, it can't even find the dang song!!! So basically... An app that is supposed to be able to recongnize a song, can't even recongnize most of the songs I shazam -.- I'm only giving it two stars because every so often it comes through for me...rarely. ?

The app for me is faded out as if it's trying to update but it won't and it's not updating I can't delete it either so unless it's something that's able to be fixed its a waist of space But if you can fix I still really like this app and it still works fine When I'm able to get into the app that is

Very often wrong version of songs are downloaded.Very tedious to use. Seems like Apple is counting on the majority that are not asking for refunds. They are making a fortune on these incorrect down loaded songs.

I linked my Shazam to my Spotify account and everything was fine until the recent update. Instead of all the songs I shazam going on to ONE playlist, it creates a playlist for each individual song. It is very annoying and frustrating. Please fix for a better review.
