Been using Shazam since 2011 and it’s never let me down
It deleted my entire Apple Music Playlist

I have been using the app for years. I have loved it until recently. I think a recent update did something to completely delete the Apple Music playlist that i had built with Shazam over the last few years. That is hundreds of songs over the course of years that are now completely deleted from my phone. It is a real shame because i really loved using this app.

I often try to use the app to identify the composer of a classical piece. The performer and movement number are no help. These are not “songs.”

I used to use this App to find a song and then automatically connect to google music to buy the single. Now the only option is AppleMusic which I refuse to use. So sad...

Synchronization

Synchronization with Apple I music is a hit or miss. Very frustrating when you do what they say to synch and still not all the songs from Shazam are synchros to Apple I music!!! And the constant signing to my Apple account is frustrating if I close the app and reopen it or if I want Shazam to identify a song. With modern technology with face recognition & fingerprint I should be able to sign in that way and not typing it old school way all the time!!!!!
