WHY HUNGER?
795 million people worldwide do not have enough food to lead a healthy and active life. Since 1990, the number of people suffering from hunger has been reduced by 290 million. But hunger still kills more people every year than AIDS, malaria and tuberculosis combined.
With ShareTheMeal we want to change this as quickly as possible. Hunger is the greatest solvable problem: It costs US $ 0.50 to feed one child for a day.

Very user friendly. Makes donating quick and easy. They also are very transparent about where your money is going. A donation of 50-80¢ can feed a child for a day. And listen— if you have a smart phone to access this app, you can definitely spare 50¢.

Awesome app. Through this app, you receive the opportunity to feed those in need in our world, from Lebanon to Yemen to more. The app makes it easy to give and it’s very accessible to those (like myself) who can only give a little bit. The app also provides non-monetary ways to help those in need. Altogether a great cause and great app for helping you to help them.
