This app will not let me in. It is distinguishing between a good and bad password because the wrong password results in an immediate error message. But the right password results in a never-ending wheel. Please fix this.

It was a snap to set up. It was very responsive with little lag without wifi. I didn't give 5 stars because you can't navigate windows 8 as if it were a touchscreen. Still, I love the app!!

If you travel a lot and need to take care of business using an American IP address, this is the way to go. Easy to setup and easy to use. Very powerful tool.

I would love to get this app to work, but it simply will not function. It won't accept my credentials (DOMAIN\USER.NAME) to login, saying they are invalid. After locking me out for 5 minutes it now tells me after a connection attempt that it has lost communication to my device. I would almost fall for it if I didn't have an active RDP session running from my iPad to my computer. Additional issues with a glitchy UI that is constantly trying to reload/refresh parts of the screen in a seizure inducing flicker of activity. Probably the least impressive of Citrix's apps to date.

Having used Logmein for years I needed a replacement as they no longer are supporting a free version. ShareConnect is a decent replacement and seems to do most tasks that I require remotely. My 4 stars is because there seems to be a noticeable lag in commands but nothing that precludes using it as needed.
