I stumbled on this little gem about a year ago, played to completion and started again. I've looked around. This is a must for platform lovers.

It's such a good game! There was a bug but the devs took care of that in a timely manner. This is one of the best games on the App Store. I wish I would have bought it earlier

MegaMan defeats Shantae! Robot Masters are way better than her! So does the Dr.Willy bosses.

I really enjoyed playing Shantae. I couldn't put it down, and have been staying awake late at night the past few days until I finished it. I plan on playing the first game which came out for the Game Boy Color on the 3DS virtual console. I also look forward to the 3rd game, Shantae and the Pirate's Curse, for the 3DS and Shantae Half Genie Hero that's expected to be released in October for major consoles like XBOX 360, XBOX One, WiiU, PS3, PS4 and PSVita. It's a Kickstarter project which has been fully funded, but they're accepting Paypal donations on the Shantae Half Genie Hero website to help meet their stretch goals.
