Literally am unable to get out of the first boss fight. The game crashes right afterwards every single time. Other than that the game seems amazing but I can't enjoy it if I can't play it.

No MFi Gamepad Support - Double Charge

The game claims to support all standard MFi gamepads, but does not. I have a PXN Speedy MFi gamepad that works fine with several other iOS games, but not this. The game also requires you to buy it twice for some odd reason and even though their own support page says you won't be double charged, I was.

Good except controls

As a fan of the series, this game is nothing short of what I have come to expect. Platforming with a digital joystick, though, just doesn't work.

Great game, but crashes after opening fight

The Shantae games are fantastic, wonderful action adventure games, and being able to play on iOS is a really nice idea. Unfortunately, on my iPhone 6 on iOS 9.2, the game crashes after the opening fight. I haven't seen any updates in a few years, but hopefully someone at WayForward sees this and a patch can come around to fix it.

WIRED mifi controllers only

The update apparently only works with wired mifi controllers (ones that plug into the lightning port). It does not work with my Horipad on an iPhone 6s iOS 9.x Would give a fifth star if it supported controllers. This game is all about tight controls. You really need that controller for the best experience. 5 stars if you have a wired controller.

A platformer is only as good it's controls. No updates to mfi since 2013? I have a steel series nimbus that does not work. Disappointing.

I love this game so much it's a video game with a girl main character!!!! Ceep up the shantae games she's amazing and has inspired me so much! I loved every second of this game it Meade me cry when I finished it I want to play more games like this I want to see girl power it's so fun and inspireing the story the atacks the items everything about this game is amazing please in the future make some more shantae games!
