It also allow you to create your own. You can create a group of your favorite food, color, people names, etc. Then you can share it with your friend through Email.
You can use it as a primitive flashcard app. Just enter the front and back of a flashcard as a single choice separated by "|" character.
After you pick the group, just shake your iPhone, it will pick a new choice from the group randomly.
