I have an app called PerfectVideo. (2.99$) It lets you add text wherever and whenever you want. This doesn't...but I REALLY LOVE the drawing aspect. I loves it loves it loves it!

After buying and purchasing the fullapp, it still shows the watermark. You have to buy another 5 dollars upgrade to take it out. MERCENARIES. Not cool.
