App does not work

The app does not work on the iPhone X, even though it says it is compatible. When I open the app it automatically closes. I’ve tried uninstalling, reinstalling, shutting down my phone and it still doesn’t work. I can connect via Bluetooth but cannot control the lights. Please fix. Thank you

Doesn’t work on my iPhone 10s max. Crashes within 2 seconds every time. Worthless !!

App crashes two seconds after opening. Bluetooth works for music but can’t control the lights because you need the app for that.

I’ve had this for over a year and really hoped that you guys would have worked out the kinks by now. But- it’s WORSE! I can’t even open the app. I can’t control anything on my phone, just manually by the button on the. Ack of the speaker... which is fine, but that’s not what I paid for. It would be nice if someone would at least reply to all of us that are having issues.
