The application uses the questionnaires validated in the medical literature SF36, Oswestry and SRS30 in their published versions and translated into Brazilian Portuguese and in English.
To use the SF36 + is quite simple, just choose one of the three questionnaires that you want to respond.
After the questionnaire has been answered, the result is calculated automatically and is easy for everyone to understand.
