Tried the “Bring my order” feature today and out of curiosity timed how long it took to bring my order... Within 60 seconds they were at my car with my food. Seriously impressed ? you have to try it if you haven’t.

Great Product. Disappointing Service

Love the product but I’m always disappointed by the service. It’s shoot and miss with update as to whether your order is ready. I sent an order in at 6:40 for two burger combos. I called the restaurant at 7:30 to ask if and when the app would notify me of it being ready because they normally take around 30-40 to prep food. The girl on the other end said she didn’t know and asked me which order was mine. I told her and she said it has been ready. I’m now driving over to the restaurant to pick up my cold burgers.

Unusable app- Lost business

Could not order fries individually. Could jot order multiple combo meals. Tried to call in and place an order and they said they couldn’t take orders over the phone. I should’ve asked them to use their app to place my order and maybe they would’ve seen it’s not ready for prime time. I couldn’t get the food I wanted. Will I be back? Don’t know.

Love the food. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience using this app. We were asked to add our car info (apparently for them to find you). Then, they don’t tell you the food is ready. We were waiting for someone to come but apparently you need to walk in to pick it up. This would all be fine if the language in the app would change in order to reflect what should be expected of the customer.

cannot order country sandwich on the app or online, forcing a call in order. please fix! and to seven brothers, please bring back the black bean burger for us vegetarians!

Garbage timing

Tried to order using the app with no warning it would place an order two days in the future. Had to go in and it’s annoying. DO NOT USE THE APP PEOPLE lol. But really don’t.
