Missing 24hr Booking Capability

Currently using Square Appointments because Setmore doesn’t allow bookings to cross over to the next day. I cannot book appointments from 10pm-2am. I sometimes book late/after hour appointments but setmore isn’t programmed for that ??♂️ It’s such a simple feature. I hate That it’s restricted on this app.

Update 5/24/21 1 star I’m still having issues with double booking no one cares at this place they keep stating that I it’s a Google issue but allow me to continue to pay for a service that does not work ..... DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY Original review 3 stars I have had this app for a couple months and it’s very pretty very easy to use my clients but there are many many bugs every week I found out something new don’t do this one yet

Too limited to be useful, and their billing is sketchy. There are better options out there. Update to include: I made several attempts to reach support and their response time is almost immediate, and then after explaining the issue you’re asked to hold while they research your account. Without exaggeration I have waited 3 hours to 3 days for any response after their immediate reply, and it was only after I followed up.

The program itself is easy to use and support always seems to be very quick. One thing I REALLY don’t like is it’s hard to see and read the home schedule screen. Very difficult to see 15 min intervals.

Setmore has features that most booking platforms make you pay for. The inclusion of setting up payments with square and being able to add links for free is a plus. I now have the paid version which will not only give my clients email reminders but also sms reminders should they put in their number. The only thing I think they should include is tutorial on how many awesome features they have! I basically found most of them just by using the platform! I love ❤️ my experience with setmore

Charged me $199 a month ago even though I no longer own the salon & do not need that plan, and still have not refunded me. Called them 3 times and still no refund. First time I called, I was told I cannot get a refund since I don't own the business—but they charged MY card! Terrible customer service.
