I love that they have presented a well-balanced view of Autism.... both the positives & the challenges. Also love seeing several real life examples of AAC use. Cool to see AAC in the mainstream media. The story behind why this new Sesame Street Autism initiative is so awesome... they took the time to include Autism self-advocates in the process of developing it!

We used your app today for the first time. My son paid more attention to the story cards, than what he normally would, because he noticed the familiar characters that he already loves. We used the teeth brushing cards. He even spit when Elmo did! This is a first! He has many of the characters as toys and he loves them! Thank you for the resource! We love Autism Daddy too!
Even I Love It and I'm Learning More About Them

I am 15 years old, have autism, and love Sesame Street. One day I have noticed that SST has recently introduced a little girl muppet with autism by the name of Julia. And I wondered, wow, Sesame Street is putting together an organization for autism and I would someday like to know more about just how autistic Julia is. Then yesterday I found this app because I thought it would be useful for me and I want to learn more about autism. This night before dinner, I had been watching the videos. Yes, I'd give all of them a five since they are so useful and helpful. (I think I'm probably related to Nasaiah since I began to talk at about 3.5 or 4 years.) You know, some autistic children can speak while others can't, but have their own ways to communicate to others like using pictures with words (which I remember doing from preschool-1st grade) and signing (which I have taken a course over the summer and I can now ace it, I have a few girls in my softball team with autism/aspergers who can sign instead of speak too). And I have found the flashcards very useful although I already know all the basic steps Abby teaches, but my mother will somehow encourage me to try new foods. I will someday show this app to my neurologists and also recommend it to my mom's friend's severely autistic son.

We have tried several times to uninstall and reinstall and the app will not work…every time we try to open it, it only has half the screen. Can you pls fix this. This would be a 5star app if it was fixed

You have to start the app in a vertical position on your device until it tells you to turn it horizontally or you will get a half black screen.
