Im gonna start with the only problem I have but it’s not enough not to make me promote and use the app- lately it’s been crashing. I have had the territory helper for over a year now. I don’t know if I have to many notes or what but at times I have to open the app at least 3 times before it allows me to open. Sync is kinda of a pain at time too cause it takes a bit to synchronize with iPad. Not that big of a deal. All other features are awesome. I’m really enjoying this app. To have everything in one place and super handy. Been connected to territory helper is the best. My favorite thing is notes and planner. I can see how many hours I need and see what I did for each day. Keep up the good work!! Thanks for an awesome place to keep service organized!

As soon as I could change my thinking about how to keep track of calls this app worked. I love the ability to checkout territories from territory helper. Needs to be able to track not at homes with territory helper and would be perfect app!
App will not open

I was really enjoying this app but it is not opening ,and it’s been about 3 days.All my info is in there and I cannot retrieve it. I have reset my iPad several times as a YouTube video said to do but nothing is happening.PLEASE HELP!

Thanx for all your hard work helping us to be always organized. I know technology can be frustrating at times, but I appreciate your continued hard work. This is my first year of pioneering and thanx to you I feel I am organized and always on top of my RV’s.

I had been using the android app, Ministry Assistant for years, great app by the way, and switched to iPhone, found nothing nearly as good as Ministry Assistant, I was little hesitant about paying for another ministry app, but I have tried other apps from this developer and have been well pleased with the time and effort he puts into them , so I gave it a try, was I ever glad that I did , the features are great, and the fact that it works along with Territory helper makes it even better, the ability to filter your all’s and territories are great; easy to add videos to your library and stream them right from the website if you’d like, Great app, very pleased

Great app! The map section which shows you your closest return visit to your location is in valuable. What would be nice, is the ability to select the right address from a drop down menu or something, when using the pin point location for the address you need when you’re entering an address for the first time for a return visit.
