A lot of potential but I’m having an issue

The servers I make are being made but when I go in them it has the bubbles constantly in the corner like I’m underwater (not running out just there) and I cant walk on the ground normally. Every time I try to jump nothing happens and when I walk it’s like I’m flying in creative mode even though I’m on survival. I’m stuck in one spot, I can’t go up or down even if I’m over a hole. HELP!

It is so annoying some of this stuff is way to over priced I download this app to have an awesome server like Minecraft but this is like the leet app a piece of trash I need to see this app get more love it is great and all but maybe the credits could be used to upgrade purchases like mini games and make then better quality like the first upgrade for 70 coins or something oh and I can not acess my server it is just stupid no matter how many times I reboot it my server does not run do I need my email accessible well I can not because it is on my pc and I am no where close to that right now so can you please remove paying for your server and stuff and also remove sending an email because I have been trying to do just that for hours Edit: you guys are a bunch of fakers I saw the same message on a bunch of others reviews either it is just a bunch of friends or it is just a rip off. And I also spawn out side the boarder in my server but that did not used to do that what the heck

It won’t let me build anything it will delete instantly I don’t see why I have to do credits LIKE YOOOOO CAN YOU MAKE SOMETHING To BUILD then it exports for free make something like that And no things that you have to buy

These people scammed me of all my credit purchases. I gave them the money, and there is no loading, no nothing, NO CREDITS. I threw money at you and you give me NOTHING. I wanted the credits, If you fix this and either refund me or give me my credits, I’ll change to 5 stars. Also where are the kits? Edit: Also LEET was way better, with lower prices, better customer service, I don’t care if it’s outdated, I still go back to earlier versions to play on it. This app is horrible, and I gave all my info but all I get are bots. And if you ask what you can do to help, Here’s what you can do, I don’t want my money back, I just want my server up. Stop stealing our money and fix the bug IF THERE EVEN is a bug. Update for public: It’s been a month or so since my edit, I haven’t gotten anything.
