this is expensive and does not work. it is a 3dollar subway map. subway maps are free at any tourist kiosk. it couldn't even find my location and I'm in the heart of Kangnam. WTF!?

It's an offline map, so I'd expect at least that function to work. It does NOT. Basic map viewing, zooming, and scrolling around are broken. It leaves large portions static but redraws random pieces around the edge. If you fiddle with you can sometimes trick it into redrawing the whole screen. The map itself lacks detail - maximum zoom does not show all streets, only major streets. This makes it pretty hard to go places not on a major street. It also has many items only in hangul, some are transliterated. There are few landmarks or building names. The "My location" function does not work. It immediately and always responds with "sorry your Location is not on this map", which is incorrect, as confirmed by other map applications. The subway map is just a picture with zoom, but the picture is poor, the zoom is very slow and it won't let you keep places near the edge of the map on the screen- you have to drag and hold your finger to see those items. As there are no other features for the subway map, such as bookmarks or search, I use a downloaded image in the maps photo album instead. Search results are in hangul first, causing most of the transliterated result to be cut off. You cannot scroll to the right or choose which to prefer.

Scrolling fragments the map. The subway map is helpful but lacks a search feature. It would be good if the subway lines and stops were shown on the street map, but they're not. The map doesn't show smaller streets. Nor does it show "my location."

본인이 인터넷으로 지도를 로드시켜놓고 세이브해서 판다???ㅋ 어이가 없어서...........ㅎㅎㅎ 그리고, 예를들어 Point of Interest에서 하나의 학교를 찾으려고하면, 학교리스트가 알파벳순도 아니고, 검색창도 없는데, 천몇개중에 하나를 무슨수로 찾으라는건지..?/// 업뎃을 제대로 해주시던지, 아니면 돈을돌려주시던지,,.

Found myself frustrated in Seoul without cell service or a map. Downloaded this useless map. It looks nothing like advertised and made me only more confused and frustrated. The two accicental in-app purchases were also both useless and frustrating - who wants to accidentally spend $15? Not me, don't waste your time.

Don't buy!!!!! Terrible map and features. You have to pay more, more and more to unlock features. Hate this app!!!!
