I do like this app. It's simple...and other than the occasional nocaptcha, it does what it says efficiently. I purchased the upgrade because I wanted to start tracking keywords by country. However words in English seem to only search via us servers. It's this intentional?

Inaccurate and does not work

I was trying to track only a few keywords in 4 different locations and it always showed inaccurate results and on each refresh results were changing. After looking at reviews I paid dc for this app and now all the results are showing NOT APPLICABLE. Not worth a dime.

Even free version is useful

You can setup 5 keywords and refresh to see their rankings and change compared to previous ranking. Pretty hand and useful.

Worst paid service

Every time the app updates it loses all my information even with it backed up to iCloud. And the customer service is non-existent

I’ve paid for the subscription to this app for a couple years. But every time the app fails or deletes all of your information the customer service is non responsive. Kind of stupid for a paid service.

You should number the campaigns. So when im in a list and comeback I can just click on the next campaign id instead of guessing which one it is

There isn’t an option to add the keywords on my iOS device and when I go to the “email us” option it doesn’t work

Glitch that is major

When it works it is fantastic and would be 5 stars all day long. However it has a glitch where half the time I don’t get numbers back. I have checked that our rankings haven’t actually ranked and they haven’t. Went to website to contact developer and could t figure it. If the developer contacts me and allows me to discuss the case I will update my review. I paid $12 for the year of propack.

This app will ask you for a captcha every 50 keywords. So if you’re tracking 1000 keywords, you’ll have to enter 20 captcha from Google images. Pure hell. And forget about a support, it doen’t exist. Inpaid $15 for a full year and regret every cent.
