I bought a Bulgari diva necklace from Selfridge. One of the links was rusted when I received it. Unbelievable and unacceptable.
Easy shopping but not perfect

I think the app makes the shopping experience nice but the wish list function, which I consider essential, don’t work. I added to the wishlist the first time I downloaded the app and I can’t add or subtract since then. It’s stuck.

I had an order Which is a gift for my husband I paid for gift wrapping and I wrote a gift card speech and the shipment came with no gift box and the card is written with square letters!! With no meaning!!!
