You can only choose a couple of things to do, abs not included. You have to buy them. The developers are money hungry.

A lot of the reviews I've read were negative but I went and checked it out anyway. Cool app, you do have to pay for the abs enhancement but it lets you enhance muscles for free. I recommend it!
