Usually whenever I try something like these trance things, it never works. But holy crapola! This tripped me out and worked magic. Thanks to my girlfriend who showed me this and Tony for the awesome app. Btw I never write reviews. This is my first one for a great app.

I love this app. It helps me fall asleep. I have no complaints, except that it takes up a lot of storage space on my phone. But it's worth it. :)
