Help.......Game stuck on Lie Detecting Potion!

I really enjoy playing the game, during one of the games, I reached a level to exchange my character to the green gremlin, I logged off and when I logged back in, I lost my status update. I have sent 2 support tickets to get this corrected and now the only option on my game is to develop the “Lie detecting potion” which I have already completed. I have leveled up several times since this incident, but because my game is stuck, I haven’t unlocked any new locations. The game still allows me purchase items but I can not assemble new collections.

Had played for months and spent several hundred dollars to only have inventory deleted because of an update along with hundreds of other people. Instead of fixing the problem they kept adding to the game and now my account has gone from level 127 down to 0 and support doesn’t even acknowledge complaints anymore

Enjoy the game but the last updates keep messing with my game. First deleted everything, then friends and levels restored but lost everything to enter levels, purchases ext... , and now it restarted all over again. About to give up.

When it works it’s a great game

I have played this game for quite awhile and enjoy it greatly when it works. This last update has been horrible. The update for iOS was days behind the others, then when we got it I couldn’t get in for two days due to the game freezing on the loading screen. Once I did get in my entire inventory was gone. Several days later(after many requests to restore it) it was restored. Mytona compensated players well with free energy due to the errors. Last night I tried to sign in only to find that I was completely unable to play my game. It had been set to level 0, with no way to play any locations. This morning I was pleased to find a response from customer service saying things had been restored. I signed in only to find that my progress had been set back to what it was four days ago. I have been patient, but there is obviously a much bigger problem with this update they they are acknowledging. I’m fed up with not being able to play and have my progress count. I have contacted them about all the problems, as have many other players. I just want the problem fixed.

I had been playing the game for over 3 years, had reached level 90. The newest update was acting goofy - would not update and the screen froze. When the update finally happened it totally wiped out my profile! I am not a gamer but did enjoy playing this game. I wasn’t sure if my system was hacked so I deleted the game - so annoying!

I did an update yesterday and lost all of my points, tools etc. Not too happy about this. Is there anyway to get it back. I have been playing for years.

I am loving the double shots of vigor that y’all are giving away once or twice a day!!!!! if i successfully search a location, i should get that item! You shouldn’t have to search a location multiple times to get an item. Sometimes you have collected all the items, but you still need items to banish. i give it five stars for variety of games! as you rank up, it requires increasingly HUGE (80+) amounts of energy. When leveling up, you should get your full amount of energy in addition to what you currently have
