Barcode scanner is a total piece of junk

This app has become total junk, the barcode scanner with each update gets worse and worse, I can’t even use it, pretty much everything I scanned says not recognized or says something else other than what the product is. I tried to reach out to ms support but they were useless. The product channel needs to be removed if it’s not going to work properly. It’s also apparent that ms doesn’t give a rip about their blind customers, so for all of you delete this app and go support an app developer who actually cares about their blind customers because this one doesn’t.

I use this with my musical keyboards all the time, which have menus and windows that wrap around from top to bottom and therefore can’t be reliably navigated. My clothes are no longer mismatched and folding and sorting money is now much more managable. Best of all, my cables are color-coded for easy setup on a live gig, and now I have no problem with setup. Oh, and my little dog loves to be recognized too.

Thank you for this app. It is very useful. It helped me get my clothes. But I also downloaded some photos from other apps and it told me what it was. One example is it recognized a Ferris wheel it’s said wheel, Ferris wheel, tourist attraction. It also said people waiting for the bus at night.

Seeing AI is the app I use on a daily basis but ever since the iOS 13 update seeing AI will not load. I hope this is a temporary thing before I open another can of dog food thinking it’s chili. From a totally blinded veteran.
